Product Features

Diverse Material Systems

We offer a comprehensive range of insert materials, including cemented carbide, cermet, CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride), PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond), and ceramics. Cemented carbide is the most widely utilized material; cermet is ideal for finishing operations, delivering superior surface finishes; CBN is capable of machining hardened steels with a hardness exceeding HRC 50; and PCD specializes in the machining of non-ferrous metals and composite materials.

Advanced Coating Technologies

We employ both CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating technologies. CVD coatings (such as TiCN+Al₂O₃) exhibit excellent wear resistance and are well-suited for high-speed cutting of steel components; PVD coatings (such as TiAlN and AlCrN) feature a low coefficient of friction and strong resistance to thermal cracking, making them ideal for machining stainless steel, titanium alloys, and for intermittent cutting applications.

Chipbreaker Optimization

Multiple chipbreaker geometries are designed to suit various machining conditions-a sharp-edge profile (featuring no coating or an ultra-thin coating) reduces cutting forces, making it ideal for small-diameter and thin-walled workpieces; a general-purpose profile balances both sharpness and strength; and a reinforced profile with a large positive rake angle is designed for roughing operations or high-feed applications.

High-Precision Pressing and Grinding

The precision-ground inserts achieve a tolerance grade of ISO P05, ensuring consistency across multi-tool machining operations as well as high repeatability in positioning accuracy.

Application Areas

Automotive Component Manufacturing

High-volume, high-efficiency turning of ferrous and aluminum-based parts-such as engine blocks, crankshafts, connecting rods, and brake discs-requiring inserts that combine high wear resistance with stable chip breaking.

01

Aerospace High-Temperature Alloys

For difficult-to-machine materials-such as Inconel and titanium alloys-the selection of specialized coatings (e.g., TiAlSiN) and positive-rake geometries is essential to suppress work hardening and effectively control chip formation.

02

Molds and Construction Machinery

For the rough and finish machining of large-scale mold steels, hydraulic rods, bearing rings, and similar components, carbide or ceramic inserts with high toughness are selected based on specific operating conditions.

03

Medical Devices and Precision Instruments

For the precision machining of small parts-such as those made from stainless steel or cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloys-cermet inserts or micro-turning inserts featuring exceptional sharpness and minimal burr formation are utilized.

04

General Machinery and Hydraulics

For components such as shafts, flanges, and pipe fittings, general-purpose inserts equipped with chip-breaking geometries are capable of covering over 80% of standard machining applications involving steel and cast iron.
