Manufacturing Process

 

Material Selection and Pre-treatment

High-alloy steels or spring steels-such as SUJ2, 42CrMo, and 65Mn-are selected as raw materials; for certain high-end manufacturing applications, a forging process is also incorporated.

Rough Machining

The material is turned to its approximate contour, and the elastic slots are milled out.

Heat Treatment

Through processes such as quenching and tempering, the hardness is brought to the specified HRC level to ensure optimal elasticity and wear resistance. Some high-end products also undergo deep cryogenic treatment and aging processes.

Precision Grinding

Following heat treatment, all critical mating surfaces undergo high-speed precision grinding to reduce surface roughness to a mirror-like finish of Ra 0.4, thereby guaranteeing assembly precision.

Cleaning and Surface Treatment

After ultrasonic cleaning, a special coating or anti-rust oil is applied to enhance surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal.
