Oil Pipe Internal Threading API Insert is a high-precision threading tool specially designed for machining internal API threads of oil casing, tubing, and drill pipe components.

The Oil Pipe Internal Threading API Insert works by using its precisely manufactured cutting teeth to gradually form the required API internal thread profile inside petroleum pipes or couplings.
During the threading process, the specially designed blade geometry engages with the inner wall of the pipe and removes material according to the specified API thread form. The cutting edges progressively generate the thread crest, root, flank angle, and pitch dimensions to create a complete internal connection profile.
