Working Principle

 

The Morse Taper Adapter with Drawbar works through a combination of taper fitting and drawbar clamping technology.

The Morse taper shank is inserted into the machine spindle taper hole. The precise taper contact creates a self-centering effect, providing accurate positioning and a rigid connection.

 

2. Drawbar Clamping

The drawbar is screwed into the threaded hole at the rear of the adapter. When tightened, the drawbar generates axial pulling force, firmly securing the adapter inside the spindle.

3. Torque Transmission

During machining, the spindle rotation torque is transmitted through:
